The after-gig party

Arrangements had been made in advance for an after-gig bash at one of Camden's other well known Gothic landmarks, the Devonshire Arms pub, with several of the night's bands, including Inkubus Sukkubus, in attendance. The various bandmembers mixed freely with the crowd, signing things, chatting, and generally having a great time with the rest of us. The Dev on a Saturday night is most highly reccomended! There's no doubting Inkubus Sukkubus' alcoholic preferences, Bring on the Jaegermonster! Sadly I didn't catch their names, but this pair were enthusiastic camera fodder, not only did Candia pose with them but they got their own back on me too! Quite apart from the Ghost of Lemora (left), a variety of spooky things were to be seen in the pub... The haunted doll's house. Spooktacular mirror over the fireplace. The goddess of merchanidse, and a friend, just about to leg it to Slimelight The Ghost Of Lemora. Pyromancer and Christoph. All good things come to an end, and so as the night wore on, people gradually drifted away, some to London's all-night clubs, others to home and hearth and a well-earned rest. Those of us who remained till the end gathered on the pavement outside for a few final moments of sillyness, and then we too departed homeward. On Kentish Town Road. Departing friends. A final homebound feast. Some day, we shall all return...
