Bring Forth The Ghost!

The Ghost Of Lemora.

The crowd at the front had really swelled during the Scary Bitches set, by the time The Ghost Of Lemora were setting up, there was a real buzz in the venue.

Now while I'd heard the name mentioned a few times in vaious Gothic circles, I'd never heard The Ghost Of Lemora before, so I was wondering just what to expect. Soon enough we found out, and the effect was electrifying! Fronted by the diminutive Twinkle, with Swifty and Stuarty on guitar and bass, and with Sonya lurking in gothic isolation at the back of the stage on keyboards, they delivered a storming set of traditional goth rock, full of drive, energy and presence. I'm a fan!

The audience had been getting steadily more enthusiastic through Ghost's set, and as the last couple of tracks came up things were getting decidedly crowded at the front. The last song in particular, "Brides of Atom", really tapped into the mood. They rocked!

All too soon their set ended, and we settled down to wait for what we could already feel was going to be a special performance. Select the "Inkubus Sukkubus" link to find out just what did happen next!
